RECIPE BELOW! It’s a nectarine and fennel salad with a spicy, garlicky dressing and (a version of this) is in my fridge every week. In this “almost Fall” season, this is the kind of transitional side-dish that I’ll prep to enjoy for a few days. Because it’s lettuce-free, it holds up really well to being dressed in the fridge!
