Fruitcake Infused Brandy (plus cinnamon rolls made with the brandy infused fruit!!) for Day 13 of our Recipe Advent Calendar! This is a really fun one! We infuse brandy (the spirit of choice for traditional fruitcake) with dried fruit (raisins, apricots, cranberries, cherries and pineapple), orange zest, vanilla bean, cinnamon and cloves and then use the brandy infused fruit in baked goods, so it’s a win-win (no waste!).
