Have you tried a Hachiya Persimmon? It’s divine. Just make sure it’s super soft and ripe or it will taste like poison. Not joking! Lmk your persimmon questions. I’m putting together another video on them soon because I’ve learned that so many of us are less familiar with this fruit. AND, I’ll be honest… you’re missing out if you’re not eating them. This ricotta toast was so simple. Just sourdough toast, ricotta, the inside of a Hachiya persimmon, olive oil, salt and mint. Highly recommend! Inspi
