Finally got a chance to use my Blackstone Griddle. 🥰 I’m loving it so far. The only issue I had was the drip pan placement but I figured that out. I kept my temp between 375 and 400. Tip: It you want to heat it fast turn it up high then lower it to your desired temp. Definitely upgrading to the larger one soon. Not ☝🏽 pot was dirtied while making this dish!
