Recipe adapted from Tastes Better From Scratch👏Consider this the kick off of me trying out several peach cobbler recipes since there are SO MANY ways to make this delightfully decadent and seemingly simple dessert — and well worth the investment to try and uncover my favorite. This particular recipe created a glossy, rich and velvety fruit interior (next time I’d like to see what happens texturally if you don’t cook the fruit first) with a lov
