A little trick for harvesting tasty dandelion greens. The best dandelions are found in shaded areas! Dandelions, like most organisms, want to reproduce. That means flowers and seeds ASAP. Dandelions in full sun don't need to produce extra energy for their flowers. However, the ones in shaded conditions need to make larger leaves to collect energy before they can flower.
