The snow leopard is a territorial animal that leads a life of solitude in cold and mountainous regions. In the Himalayas, where their habitat is estimated at less than 90,000 km2, the elusive creature can hardly be spotted by trekkers. A clip shared on Twitter by The Wild India and re-shared by Indian Forest Service official, Parveen Kaswan, shows a snow leopard haunting an Shyapu Ladakh Urial along a steep slope near Ullay.
