I got kicked out of grade 9 art! I’m not even kidding! My grade 9 art teacher flat out said I was failing, and to find a course I wouldn’t fail. (I was failing because my art wasn’t up to her level of expectations 😐) I SUCK at painting. But I find it so relaxing. My daughter is the same. She can sit for hours on end painting. And both of us have ADHD 🤷‍♀️ So listen… if your kid likes doing art, don’t be that person yelling at them to stay within the lines. Don’t tell them they suck at it. Art
