The key to growing amazing celery is water, water, water. It’s been super dry here in northern Virginia for a few weeks, and I did not water my celery like I should have. So now it is bolting, and will not be desirable for fresh eating. Time to harvest what I can, feed the rest to the livestock, and look forward to my next round of celery growing in the next bed over.
